NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. No Warranties. Additionally, You agree to the terms and conditions stated in the credit card authorization form which clearly states the following:
“I understand and acknowledge the charge I hereby authorize for the above-specified services. I agree to the credit card processing fee of 3% of the total owed. This payment authorization is for the type of bill indicated above. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form. I further agree that, by signing this agreement, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions, and privacy notice, of the website through which I contacted LA Undercover, and those of all related websites owned and operated thereby.”
Disclaimer* All refunds are at the sole discretion of the Director of Investigations, Marc J. Tropeano PI. If granted, you agree to forfeit 50 percent of the total cost of the investigation. Our Investigations department will issue an itemized invoice upon severance of agreement between both parties (client & LA Undercover Investigations). LA Undercover Investigations will refund the remainder of the total paid minus the 50 percent and any work (billed hourly) produced before severance.
LA Undercover Investigations reserves the right to sever the agreement between the client at any time without prior notice or obligation.
Agreement Not to Sue. In consideration of the Company’s promises, payments, and other considerations contained herein, you (our client) hereby further agree that if any claim referenced herein is filed, pursued, or otherwise prosecuted by you (our client), individually or collectively, or by any persons or entities, by or through her or on her behalf, individually or collectively. You (our client) waive his/her rights to relief from such claim, including the right to attorneys’ fees, costs, and any and all other relief whether legal or equitable, sought in such claim, and agrees to indemnify and hold Releasees harmless from such claim, including attorneys’ fees and costs. If you (our client) violate this Agreement by suing the Company or the Releasees, you (our client) agree that he/she will pay all costs and expenses of defending against the suit incurred by the Company or the Releasees. Nothing in this Section will prevent you (our client) from bringing claims against the Company arising out of a breach of this Agreement.
